Ace City Integrated Services Ltd uses information you submit to review your request and prepare a response.

Enquiries and BOQs

Enquiry forms store your email address, site location, message, request status and submission time in the staff enquiry system. BOQ uploads also store the file, filename and a reference. Files are available only to authorised Ace City staff. PDF, Excel and CSV files are accepted up to 10MB.

We use the details to discuss specifications, quantities, sourcing, availability, rates and delivery. A submission does not confirm an order, visit or payment. To ask about access, correction or deletion, contact acecityint@gmail.com or 0814 993 0002.

Materials assistant

On /assistant, AI analysis sends your question and optional file to OpenAI only after you tick the existing consent checkbox and request AI analysis. Catalogue search is a separate option. Remove confidential information you do not want analysed. AI output is a draft: Ace City confirms specification, quantity, availability and price.

Your browser and location

Your materials list is saved in your browser. The delivery map uses a location you enter or allow your browser to provide. Location details are shared with Ace City when you send the prepared WhatsApp message. WhatsApp is an external service and applies its own privacy terms.

Access and abuse prevention

The enquiry system uses limited, hashed request information for submission limits. Staff access is restricted. Contact us before uploading unnecessary personal or confidential documents.
